What’s New? Feedback & Other Tidbits

I can’t believe a month has already passed since I first reached out to connect with you! I trust that you have enjoyed meeting members of our team in their new blogs as well. It’s been fun for me to observe and support them as they dive into their well of knowledge and bring things forward to share with you. And I’m looking forward to hearing what you think about the topics… 

Are there any questions (on the topics presented or others) that you’d like to have answered?  Or, maybe not a specific question, but any topics that you’d like more information about? Start giving that some consideration, and soon you’ll receive a little “Tidbits” email from us with information on how to submit your feedback and questions.

Speaking of “Tidbits,” there are so many exciting things that are close to being announced, but just aren’t quite ready… and I was trying to decide whether to announce them ahead of time or wait. And, I decided that I am so excited to share them with you, that I’m going to do a little bit of both!

Here’s a little hint about one of them now – and when it’s ready, we’ll send out a very brief “Tidbits” email with all of the pertinent details. So, be on the lookout for those emails – they will have info that you won’t want to miss. 

For example… coming soon: For about the past year, we’ve been investigating and implementing process improvements that will also allow us to take advantage of economies of scale for all of our global companies. We understand the somewhat trying economic times that many people are facing, and these initiatives are designed to improve our service and also help us keep our sales prices stable.

Many of these have been piloted, tested and now rolled out in the Americas. Now… in the coming few weeks… they will be making their debut in the European, UK, and Australian markets. Keep an eye out for these “Tidbits” from your local General Managers as we move ahead with these initiatives.

We appreciate your patience as we have navigated the ever-changing customs and tariff environment, and we are happy that those issues are starting to stabilize. That, combined with our enhanced quality bottling procedures, ensure that our products will arrive to you in a timely – and still affordable – fashion.
