Om du har f\u00f6rm\u00e5nen att ha v\u00e4nner omkring dig som lever efter s\u00e5dana positiva vanor kan deras stadiga exempel hj\u00e4lpa dig att bli eller f\u00f6rbli disciplinerad. Kanske har du en v\u00e4n som hoppar upp ur s\u00e4ngen och g\u00e5r raka v\u00e4gen till stranden f\u00f6r en st\u00e4rkande promenad, andnings\u00f6vningar och meditation varje morgon innan n\u00e5got annat. Eller kanske en annan som st\u00e4ller klockan varje dag f\u00f6r en st\u00e4rkande tupplur, eller en annan som tar en daglig promenad i solnedg\u00e5ngen genom sin favoritpark.
