We’re excited to announce that we are now using a new warehouse and fulfillment center in Ljublijana, Slovenia! This project has been in the works for some time and we are looking forward to the efficiencies and improved service it brings for you. 

Handling your orders, like most things, isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ endeavor. If you’ve ordered from our European store recently, you may have noticed a few changes:

• Our new fulfillment partner uses specialized software that chooses the best shipping carrier for your specific destination. This means you won’t see an option to choose the carrier when you check out in our store.  

• There is also updated wording in our fulfilment emails, and your tracking numbers will be sent directly to you from our new parcel delivery partners.   

We realize changes sometimes come with a learning curve, and we will continue to pursue process and service improvements. Rest assured our customer service team will still be able to assist you with any inquiries, issues, or feedback, so please feel to contact our help desk or contact Dr. Roland directly if we can be of assistance.
